The Clear-Blue-Green Business Certification Program Committee would like to congratulate Team MJV on being recognized as a Clear-Blue-Green (CBG) Business! We sincerely appreciate your efforts in promoting green ideals throughout Tippecanoe County, and welcome you into our group of environmentally-minded businesses. As you know, the program’s goal is to recognize innovative businesses that are committed and engaged in environmentally responsible operations and practices.  Through this program, we hope to, not only market our businesses who are actively involved in green business practices, but increase awareness of the economic growth opportunities related to emerging green economies, and to create future leaders in the green movement.

Your efforts are a true testament to an emerging green movement and a sustainable future in the Wabash River Watershed of Tippecanoe County!

2010 was another exciting year for Team MJV.

A special thanks goes out to all Team Members for allowing our organization the opportunity to provide healthy cleaning services and project solutions to our strong customer base.  Although we experienced some bumps and bruises from a few customers that required serious service and price reductions due to the economic uncertainties of their business, our Team was able to fight hard and have our strongest year ever!

Similar to 2009, our continued commitment to improving the company culture through Team Member programs and activities was very rewarding.  Some highlights of 2010 include:

1. Team Member Appreciation Picnic

2. Updated website – www.teammjv.com

3. Social Media Opportunities through our Facebook Page www.facebook.com/TeamMJV

4.  Strengthening of our Project Solutions, Power Sweeping and Painting Division.

5.  Renewal of GS-42 Green Seal Certification – Team MJV was Indiana’s first certified building service contractor.

6.  Our Operations Team opened up 24 new accounts in one week throughout northern Indiana.  This was a challenging and painful task but our Team planned for it very well and made it a success.

7.  Addition of more Operational of Office Staff to support the company growth.

8.  Addition of a third outside sales professional and inside sales position to generate immediate growth – telemarketing Team added to help generate new revenues.

9.  A solid acquisition in Southwest Michigan which included the addition of 135 Team Members and over 70 customers.  This was our first venture into the Michigan market.

Team MJV had a very successful 2010 and we are looking forward to a very exciting 2011.  It’s already off to a fast start!
